Lovgren's Guest Cabin on Birch Point

It's perfect for a family vacation, for a group of fishermen, or for retired grandparents who'd like to introduce their grandkids to the wonder of Lake Vermilion. Our 48Mbps internet allows a mix of work and play.

With 290 feet of frontage, you'll have quite a bit of lakeshore all to yourselves. We've left 40 feet of woods undisturbed on each side to provide privacy.

The Guest Cabin is set back 120 feet with ample open space shaded by mature trees for your campfire, lawn games or lawn chair in the shade. The gentle slope to the lake makes the walk to your private 40-foot dock easy for youngsters and retired folks (like us!).

We live on the property year round in a log home you may see in some of the pictures. We are available 24 hours a day to attend to your needs or to fix anything that might go wrong. But we promise to stay in the background and not disturb your full use of the entire property.

The 800 sq. foot cabin has two large bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and one has a queen and a twin, bringing the sleeping capacity to 4 or 5 adults.

The entire cabin -- inside and out -- has been renovated over the last few years. When you visit, you'll find a new exterior, bath fixtures, and kitchen appliances. Plus, we've added a clothes washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a larger boat lift, and air conditioning -- the items most requested by our guests.
