    3) PayPal or major credit cards via an invoice sent to your email address.

  • If you prefer the invoice option, please let us know, and we will promptly send an invoice. We do not see any personal banking information.

Rental Policy Summary

  • No Smoking: We do not allow smoking in the Guest Cabin.

  • No Pets: We do not allow pets on the Guest Cabin property.

  • Minimum Age: At least one guest must be 23 years or older.

  • Beds: Bedroom #1 has two twin beds. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin bed. If you need a crib, please bring it with you. There is room in the spacious yard for several tents for outdoor sleeping when the weather permits.

  • Cabin Capacity: The maximum capacity of the cabin is 5 persons. Up to 4 additional persons are allowed to visit during the day.

  • Multi-Week Cleaning Credit: When you stay 2 or more consecutive weeks, the rental rate will be reduced $75 for the second and subsequent weeks. Fresh linens will be provided each week, but no cabin cleaning will be performed.

  • Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 2:00 - 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please let us know if those times create a problem for you. It's likely we can accommodate your needs.

  • Partial Week Rental Periods: In the spring and fall, 2-day or longer rental periods can be reserved. During mid-season, only full-week reservations will be accepted in advance. However, rental periods of 3 to 6 days will be considered 30 days prior to the requested arrival.

  • Reservations More Than 1 Year in Advance: To allow each guest the opportunity to return the following year at the same time, we generally do not accept reservations more than 1 year in advance.

To Make a Reservation

Please follow these steps to make your reservation. Your reservation is not complete until you receive your
confirmation email.

  • Give us a call or email to confirm that the week you desire is still available.

  • We need a 50% deposit and a signed Rental Policy and Agreement to confirm your reservation.

  • If you prefer to use PayPal or a major credit card, please let us know, and we will promptly send an invoice.

  • We will hold your selected week for 7 days awaiting your deposit and the signed Agreement. [Note:  We prefer to send you a personalized Agreement by email. However, you may also complete the form available at the above link.]

  • We will then confirm your reservation by email.

To Cancel a Reservation

  • If you cancel 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 processing fee.

  • If you cancel less than 60 days before your scheduled arrival, we will refund your rental payment(s), less a $25 processing fee, only if we are able to rent the cabin during your reserved period.
